Leadership is basically the practice of leading a group of people, an entity, or a whole nation. It is indeed a huge responsibility and not everyone's cup of tea. A person must possess some sincere qualities and responsibilities to become a true leader. Leaders are capable of going through uncountable difficulties and hardships and holding down their duties at the same time. There goes a saying "Leaders are made not born." Patience, Courage, Tolerance, Compassion, Cleverness, Propensity, Presence of mind, Affection, Convincing nature, and a Liberal mindset are characteristics that differentiate a leader from a common man. The practice of leadership starts in childhood when they first become a class monitor, a captain of the area's junior football team, etc.
There are various kinds of leadership. Maintaining a whole class of students, directing a student federation or union, leading a group of travel enthusiasts, captaining a football/ cricket/ hockey/ basketball/ rugby/ e-sports team, operating a little office or a huge organization, leading a group of revolutionists, fighting for a cause, being the voice of the people, leading a whole nation or a league of nations, are the examples of leadership. There are also many levels of leadership. The higher the level goes, the higher the responsibilities become and people start to expect more.
Leaders are essential for the better cause of the general people. One great leader must be there to fight, speak, portray requirements, and manifest the feelings of the people. Otherwise, they will never be able to achieve the success of their cause. All the world's greatest leaders comprise a common thing - strong willpower. Some people have left outstanding paradigms with their leadership that made their personalities larger than life.
